Kimberly Deene Langlois is a multimedia artist based in Raleigh, North Carolina. Inspired by nature, music, and the joy of creating, she specializes in vibrant alcohol ink florals that reflect life’s spontaneity and beauty. Creativity runs deep in Kimberly’s roots. She comes from a long line of Southern women who made beauty with their hands—sewing dresses, stitching curtains, and transforming the everyday into something special. That legacy of creativity shaped her early years and continues to influence her art today. After 30 years in the insurance industry, Kimberly followed her heart and stepped fully into the artist she was always meant to be. Her work led her to teach for Ranger Ink at national trade shows, collaborate on a published book, Creating Art with Alcohol Ink, and run a thriving online painting group with members from all over the world. When she’s not creating or teaching, Kimberly can be found at live music shows with her husband, spending time with family, and adventuring with her three grandchildren —her greatest reminder to keep life playful and full of wonder.
